1/2 pkg. linguine (8 oz.)*
1 c fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) 1/2 c milk
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 t ground black pepper
2 c cubed cooked turkey Directions:
Cook linguine according to pkg. directions.
Add broccoli for last 4 min. of cooking time.
Drain.
Mix soup, milk, cheese and black pepper in skillet.
Add turkey and linguine mixture and heat through.
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
*Or substitute spaghetti for linguine.
Serves 4.
You can use leftovers, or pick up a cooked turkey breast at the grocery store. While you're there, pick up some trimmed and washed broccoli flowerets.
