3 ingredient Peanut butter cookies

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar 

1 egg


Mix and place by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet

Bake 350 for 12 min

Hawaiian pineapple cake



2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1 – 20 oz can of crushed pineapple ( undrained ) in it’s own juice – not syrup
1 c chopped nuts, optional
oven to 350 degree F.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 c butter or 1 stick
1 – 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c confectioners’ sugar
coconut for garnish – optional
Mix all of the cake ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into a greased 9X13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 35 – 40 minutes (until top is golden brown).
Frosting:
Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla together until creamy.
Gradually mix in powdered sugar.
Frost cake with cream cheese frosting while still warm.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.

Monster Cookie Bars

 

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup m&m's
Instructions
  1. Line a 9-x-13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter.
  4. Mix until well combined and then add one egg at-a-time to the mixture until all eggs are thoroughly incorporated.
  5. Add vanilla and give it a good stir.
  6. With the mixer running on low speed, add baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder or use a wooden spoon and just stir vigorously,
  7. Then add flour and continue mixing until smooth.
  8. Finally add oatmeal to the bowl and mix until just combined.
  9. Remove bowl from mixer and using a rubber spatula, incorporate chocolate chips and m&m's.
  10. Press dough into prepared baking pan.
  11. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  12. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  13. Remove bars from pan (using the edges of the parchment paper) and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
