Chicken & Rice
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 /4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 teaspoons chicken flavoring
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 4-5 cups of chicken (boneless)
- 12 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 /4 cup melted butter
- 1 package Ritz crackers (crushed)
- Put cooked rice into a 9 X 13 greased pan.
- Mix next 7 ingredients and cook until thickened.
- Pour over rice
- Put cooked chicken on top of sauce.
- Melt Velveeta a little and stir in sour cream and put on top of chicken.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers that are mixed with the melted butter.
- Bake at 350 until heated through, about 30 mins.
- Delicious!
