- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup salted butter
- 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 brick of cream cheese
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 13×9-inch baking dish.
- Next, in one bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Add the flour mixture to the cream mixture.
- Stir in the cranberries and chopped chocolate.
- Next, spread the batter into the pan and bake for 18-21 minutes.
- While the blondie layer cools, make the frosting and prep the melted white chocolate topping.
- Spread the frosting over the brownies and top with cranberries and melted white chocolate.
- Finally, cut the brownies and serve.
SERVE: You can keep these cranberry bliss bars bars at room temperature for about 2-3 hours before they need to be covered and refrigerated.
STORE: These bars will keep, chilled and in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
FREEZE: This cranberry bliss bar recipe freezes nicely. Place the bars in a freezer safe container and freeze for up to six weeks.
