- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 ½ milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 yellow cake mix
- ½ cup chopped pecans, opt
- ¾ cup butter, melted
📋 Instructions
- Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch cake pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix on pumpkin mixture.
- Top with pecans then drizzle butter over all.
- Bake at 350 until golden brown, around 50-60 minutes in the oven. You can cover with foil if it starts to get too done.
- Eat warm with ice cream or cool and serve chilled with whipped topping
