Amazingly Easy Fettuccine Alfredo

 2 boxes Fettuccini pasta

1 cup butter (2 sticks)

12 oz heavy cream

salt and pepper to taste

1 dash garlic salt

3/4 c grated romano cheese

1/2 c grated parmesean cheese



1) Boil a large pot of lightly salted water, add fettuccini noodles and cook for 10 minutes, then drain.


2) In a large sauce pan melt butter, add cream over low heat mix. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted this will thicken the sauce. Stir constantly.


3) Pour sauce over pasta and serve. 


4) Can add grilled chicken on top.
