Boston Cream Pie

1 yellow cake mix

1 can chocolate fudge frosting

1 small box french vanilla instant pudding mix

1 2/3 c heavy whipping cream

1/2 c milk


Make cake according to the directions on the box. Two round pans or 9x 13 pan.

Let cool completely. 

If 9 x 13 cut in half lengthwise to make two layers.

Mix pudding mix, whipping cream and milk until it forms peaks.

Place between the two layers.

Microwave the icing for 40 seconds to make pourable. Stir and pour over the top layer.

Refrigerate and serve.
