- 2 sticks of butter (room temperature)
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Pinch of salt
Let butter sit out to come to room temperature
Beat butter for 5 minutes
Add sugar 1/2 cup at a time to blend well
Add milk 1 teaspoon at a time to reach the desired consistency
Add vanilla extract
Add a pinch of salt
