8 ounces package crescent rolls
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 pound pork sausage
1/2 cup hash browns, sliced
1 onion, diced
1 small can of mushroom pieces
1 package grated cheese
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Brown pork sausage.
3.Use a 9 1/2x13-inch cake pan; grease the cake pan and pat the crescent rolls out across the bottom.
4.Scramble eggs with milk.
5.Add pork sausage, hash browns, onion and mushrooms; pour into the cake pan.
6.Cover the top with grated cheese.
7.Bake about 30 minutes.
