1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup veg oil
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking dish
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Cut into squares.
