7 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 12 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips
2 Tb butter
1/2 block paraffin wax
Filling
Melt 2 sticks of butter in glass measuring cup
Place in bowl
In the butter melted glass measuring cup add the 1 cup of peanut butter
Add to butter
Mix together well and add powdered sugar slowly to make a dough
Make small balls and place on wax paper on baking sheets
Glaze
Use a double boiler, add water to the bottom. In the top add:
Chocolate chips
2 TB butter
wax
Let cook until melted stirring occasionally
Dip each ball in the chocolate mixer with a toothpick and use the toothpick to fill in the hole in the chocolate.
Place back on wax paper and put in refrigerator to set up.
Once set up you can freeze.
Makes 100 balls
