Cheese ring

Recipe By: Joyce Gordon


1 lb finely shredded sharp cheese
4 oz cream cheese ( softened)
Sm Vidalia onion grated
dash or two of worstershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Tablespoon or two of mayonaise
Cayenne pepper to your liking


Mix all above ingredients together and place in a ring mold pan

Refrigerate overnight

Serve with Strawberry perserves in the center of the ring.
Crackers of your choice
