Sausage & black eyed pea soup

1/2 lb.mild sausage
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 med. onion chopped
3 cans black eye peas
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 cups water
Salt & Pepper to taste

Brown sausage with onion and drain. Mix black eye peas, tomatoes, and water, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a couple of hours. Enjoy!
