Baked rice

1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped (any color) can use less than one
1 stick butter
4 or 5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup white rice
2 cups water
black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350
Grease 13 x 9 pan
Saute onion and bell pepper in melted butter
Place in pan
Add bouillon cubes, stir until dissolved
stir in rice and water
sprinkle with pepper.
Bake 45 minutes
