Pumpkin bread

1/2 c oil 2 eggs 1 c canned pumpkin 1 2/3 c flour 1 1/4 c sugar 1/2 c nuts 1 t soda 1/2 t cinammon 1/2 t nutmeg 1/2 t salt 1/2 c maraschio cherries, sliced 1/2 c water Combine oil, eggs, water, and pumpkin Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture stir in cherries and nut Bake in loaf pan 1 hour at 350
