Swedish meat balls

1 lb ground beef
1/4 lb sausage
1 egg
2/3 c milk
1 t salt
18 t pepper
1/8 t nutmeg

Mix together all ingredients. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Form into balls, brown in hot fat. Add 1/4 c water. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve hot.
