3/4 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
1/2 t baking power
1/4 t salt
1/4 c applesauce
2 t chocolate extract
2 egg whites
Mix all together until well blended. Spray with a springform pan with a not stick spray. Pour crust mix and sread well.
Filling
3 8 oz pkgs nofat cream cheese
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
2 t vanilla
1 c sugar
Pour filling and bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes until cheescake is set
