Hashbrown casserole

2 lb bag shredded hash browns
Med bag cheddar cheese
1 lg sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 t salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c melted butter
Ritz crackers

Mix together and put in ungreased casserole dish. Crumble ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
