3 lb. sirloin steak, 2" thick, cut into strips
3 tbsp. melted butter2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic
Brown the steak in the melted butter and oil.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in saucepan.
Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes.
Pour sauce over steak in a 13"x9" pan.
Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
